Paul,

Thanks for the heads up on that.  The only thing that I had on my agenda
was going to be to follow-up on our discussion about the launch of your
company's new video product.  If you're only going to be able to attend for
a few minutes, I would say it's not worth your time to come for that.


OK, so at this time, we don't have enough people who can be present to
justify a meeting.  And, we don't have ANY volunteers to give
presentations.

We've been very consistent this year and if we cancel one meeting, I think
we can live with it.

I was sorta planning on coming, but I would have had to leave after
15 minutes. Since it's being debated, I'll say I won't be able to
make it.
