Yes, odd how that is... the magazine that *pays* for the article actually gets
to publish it first. :) But that's the purpose of the embargo... I'm allowed
to publish the article but only after some number of days after it appears in
the original publication (varying with the deal).

I'm actually in LA this week. I'm tempted to drive down, but I'm afraid
the evening-commute traffic would mean I'd have to start mid-day to make
it by 7pm.
