[Melbourne-pm] perl is a terrible language to learn

I can't remember who said it but I remember the comment but I liked it.

* Perl is not easy to learn
* It is not the best language to learn first
* It is not the best language to learn second
* or even third
* But once you learnt it you will not want to use anything else.

Another comment I know made by Damian Conway - "It fits into my brain".
