One of the nice things about how these get through to the list, is that 
theycreate a feel of (possibly) more personal contact.

A giant list archive loses that.
While it would be good to ADD the jobs to the national list, it would be 
nice not to lose the sense of touch.

How to do that and not make the Moderator's life hard is then the corollary.

And its nice that, due to their being list traffic, we actually can talk 
about the positions on the list. This creates a social network of 
thoughts, advice, and knowledge. I like reading the posts and the talk, 
even if I am not going to apply for the job.
