APM: Meeting management & announcements

Hi,

Back at the beginning of the summer I'd agreed to take on the meeting tasks through the summer. I'll go ahead and take care of the meeting place and reminder notices through December. After the new year we'll need to find somebody else to take care of it. I'll be focusing on getting the CRC hackspace doors open and its services up and going and there are only 24 hrs in a day :)

Once the doors are open APM has an open invitation to use those facilities for meetings and other activities.
