APM: CGI::Application and -T

I've never had a problem with it - on windows98, nt, 2000 and XP - up 
until now. Like I say, it works if I just explicitly die. What I don't 
understand is what is different about the event that is being raised by 
taint mode, vs. a "normal" failure (fatal event) like die.
