<grin/>I didn't think we'd be able to manage actual committees (and I'm not
sure I would be able to help if we could).

The main thing I was thinking was that this structure had worked for a group
that has run this particular convention for over 13 years, now. It seems
reasonable that if we have all of these items covered, we probably aren't
missing much.
