[Yapc-na-organizers] Potential organizing structure

I think this list looks pretty close. Certainly doesn't hurt to divide 
up responsibilities along these lines. Of course a few people will 
likely end up wearing quite a few hats since we typically don't have 
enough organizers to worry about committees. :)
