First, when we write English, we use the SHIFT key to capitalize letters. 
That's because we are writing email and not chatting on IRC. This may be a 
reason you aren't finding a job. You look like a script kiddie in your email. 
Hopefully, you don't sound like one on the phone.

I personally doubt a placement firm can succeed where SPUG has failed. But if 
you are convinced that they can do it for you, then go ahead and give it a 
try. If there's one thing about us perl guys, we are not cookie-cutter 
replicates of each other. Each of us wants different responsibilities in 
different kinds of companies. Each of us will have to find our own way to get 
to where we want to be. This may be the way you are going to have to take to 
get to where you want to be.
