Right, as I advertised earlier:

Eric Hermann, "Teach yourself CGI programming with Perl in a week.
sams.net, Indiana. 1996. 513 pp.

I've still got the CD, which you're welcome to borrow.

I found the book useful to get started and get most of my CGI programmes
running and deployed. It does focus on HTML forms and CGI though, but it
comes with PERL 5.0 included in the CD.
