will that be for perl jobs? just fyi, last year we had a very long lunch 
period on the day i held the bof and we filled 90 minutes easily. it was 
a lot of q&a, story telling from all parties, notes from me on resumes 
and interviews and more. it was somewhat organized but loose too. a 
symposium would want a stronger outline and would have less back and 
forth. but a Q&A is a good idea. also we would want some other panelists 
with experience in hiring and looking for perl jobs. if we do that, i 
may not do the bof. i may do it anyway if the agendas aren't that 
overlapping.
