you can still come and register at the door. with 400 registered people 
about 10% or 40 won't show up. so you can get a badge and attend talks. 
or you don't get a badge and do the hallway track for a couple of days. 
housing is more tricky but there are nearby hotels with rooms. check out 
the lodging page on the yapcna.org site.
