Google Maps gives great public transit directions in Pittsburgh --
much better than the Port Authority site.  Just look up directions
from 1100 Liberty Ave Pgh to Carnegie Mellon West Wing, select "By
Public Transit," click "Show options," and enter your departure time.
It looks like you can take the 61B bus.
