[yapc] PerlMonks of the world unite... for lunch, Wednesday

I've had one private call for "the lightning talks are usually the best part
of YAPC".  I certainly don't mind going to lunch earlier rather than later.
If y'all can come to agreement on this by, say, 10am (ie, how long will it
take to ride the train, get lunch, and get back and how early would it make
sense to leave to have the chance to see more of the lightning talks?) then
I think we can change the plans.

Personally, I've been up way too late having fun so I will miss the first
round(s) of negotiating such a schedule change.

My original idea was to leave before noon in order to beat any "lunch rush"
but the schedule has talks until 12:05 and skipping the last round of talks
only gets us heading out at 11:45 which likely doesn't get us at the
restaurant soon enough to really beat any "rush" and likely also doesn't get
us back before the lightning talks start so I revised my plan to what I sent
out.

I'd be fine with skipping the last two rounds of talks and leaving around 11
if that works for a majority.

So speak up and negotiate a consensus before it gets too late.
