[Yapc-na-organizers] PR to local groups/universities

I'm sure you guys already have this covered, but we often hear "If I had 
known the conference was right here, I would have gone...", so:

Has someone on the group sent out some sort of PR item to local computer 
groups, CS departments at local universities/colleges/institutes, etc.? 
By local, I mean Houston.
