[Yapc-na-organizers] keynote cancellation

It's official.  Damian will not be making his North American tour this
year.  We're now on the lookout for a closing keynote speaker.  If anyone
has any thoughts or suggestions, please feel free to share.  I haven't
decided yet if we will try to find another trainer to offer a Master course
or just leave it with brian and Randal's offerings.
