Perl v4 manual

Hi,
	I'm using Perl to automate a lot of our daily tasks in looking after Tivoli. Unfortunately our Tivoli install includes Perl v4.0 and the only manuals I have are for v5. Most of the time this is ok, but I keep coming across functions that don't work and bizarre little synactic differences. Does anyone know where I might obtain a manual for version 4?
