Unicode, warts and all

I'm happy to give a presentation on my recent experience using Unicode
(with a focus on Perl, but I can also talk about other issues like
Postgres, linux keyboard mappings, etc).  I guess we'd be looking at
April or beyond? 

If the scheduler would let contact me to indicate interest and pencil in
a date, that would be great.
