[VPM] Meeting on 24th

I have a family emergency and don't know whether I'll be at the meeting 
or even in touch via email; regardless, I need to not have any action 
items associated with it.

I need someone to step forward to coordinate reserving the room (Abram 
usually does that) and make the announcement to victoria-pm at pm.org, 
copy discuss at vlug.org.  If you could work that out among yourselves, please.
