[tpm] URL for tonight's meeting

Hi All,

I've set up an account with Jitsi, so the URL for tonight's meeting will be

    https://8x8.vc/acebxj/toperlmongers

As I've mentioned in the meetup.com post, I don't know what to expect with
this platform, but in testing this morning (thanks Alan!) it looks like it
works fine.
