I think it would be fair to say that calling Google Hangout's setup
procedures and user interface as "incoherent" would constitute flattery.

Establishing any communications procedure more complicated than a voice
call can be tricky, especially if you don't have a co-conspirator at the
other end.

I'd be happy to help Alex (or Fulko) get the procedure down pat and
documented by serving as the audience for a technical rehearsal at a
mutually convenient time.
