[tpm] Where do you find the TPM recordings?

Hi Fulko,

There are no recordings for the September meeting, and it's my fault.

Olaf helped me work out the details of running Hangouts while recording
before the September meeting, but I started September's call by calling one
of the presenter's directly. This meant that I missed checking the 'record
this call' box.

October's Hangout was a challenge (as noted above), but was recorded by
Stuart on his phone, so that recording should be available. I'm not sure
about the audio quality (which would not be Stuart's fault).

I can guarantee that I'll have things under control for the November
meeting -- I'm going to dig through the Hangouts UI until I find the
correct path to run a Hangout while recording it, and then I'm going to
document this procedure so that this problam never happens again.
