[tpm] July talks - YAPC::NA reviews

If any of the people going to YAPC::NA would like to give a quick talk on their impressions and take-aways from the conference  (anywhere form two to twenty minutes) at the July meeting then please let me know.  I'm hoping that we can have a couple of YAPC::NA talks and a technical talk for July.
