Blue Edge Technologies is a Tokyo-based startup that provides software
development and consulting services to the financial community.  

Blue Edge Technologies is looking for a software engineer to help with the
development of sophisticated position keeping systems for its hedge-fund
clientele.  The job will involve working closely with Blue Edge's team of
experienced programmers and provides an excellent opportunity to learn about
finance.  The work environment is casual with free snacks, drinks, shower
facilities, and a billiards table.  The position is part time with the
potential to become full time.

The ideal candidate is intelligent, detail orientated, and works well under
pressure.  Experience in Perl and SQL is a must, and familiarity with CGI
and Java is a plus.  Fluency in either Japanese or English is required.
