SPUG: kwiki problems

I was going through the Kwiki restoring pages that have been defaced by 
BadPeople (tm) and came across a page that seems to be broken.  I clicked 
on the SpugWikiAdmin link under LearningKwiki but it's an empty page.  I'm 
not sure who to send mail to at this point but here's a link to the page 
that needs someone's attention.
