SPUG: Image::Magick runs from command line but not from IIS

Thanks to those who replied.  

I wanted to report that it's fixed.  Who knows why?  Either it was removing
the read-only attribute on the Windows files or rebooting?  Gremlins... they
get scared when hard core SPUGery gets invoked!!!!
