SPUG: Reviewers for Perl-Cert article?

SPUGsters,

I've written an article explaining my thoughts on why
a Perl Certification program could be good for our community.

It's slated for publication in a "well known on-line Perl-ezine"
soon, but before I send it in, I'd be grateful for input from
SPUGsters, ranging from typo-spotting to argument-debugging.

Unlike my book chapters,  which I haven't sent to any volunteer
reviewer yet, this is ready to go and I can send it today.

Any takers?
