SPUG: bioperl

Anyone using bioperl?

Could I trade a coffee (or lunch) for your trench-side views on how I
can get started on a small side project? Even if not, I think it would
be interesting if you'd post a 1-2 sentence blurb on how you're using
it. I've been exploring the life sciences lately, and would be
interested to hear how folks are using Perl in support of your work,
exploration, or hobbies in that arena.
