I'd suggest contacting the Seattle Vocational Institute on First Hill (
http://sviweb.sccd.ctc.edu/ ).  Randy Bentson has a contact there.  They are
hosting SeaSlug and seem to be interested in hosting computer user groups.
They have plenty of space.
