[sf-perl] Moving the Raku/Perl 6 group to SF this Sunday

Beginning this year, we're going to continue with the Raku (aka
Perl 6) study group, but I want to try varying the venues a bit.
So this Sunday let's try a San Francisco venue, the Muddy Waters
coffee house on Valencia at 24th Street, a block away from the
24th Street BART station. (NOTE: this is not to be confused with
the one near 16th Street.)
