Is this up somewhere on sf.pm.org or places like use.perl or perlbuzz?
Or is SF.pm usually a closed event only to this mailing list
subscribers?

I'm from Shibuya.pm in Tokyo where we always have 100+ attendees so
just wanted to make sure.
