What's odd is that my friend has an apartment in TJ, and I spend one
weekend a month there, but the timing of when I come through San Diego
never matches up with a thursday evening.  So, I've been very close to
coming back to meetings, but thwarted by timing.

And for example, I'm staying at a downtown SD hotel this upcoming sunday
night, because I have a flight mid-day monday, and plan on crossing
north the night before so that delays won't scare me about catching my
flight.

So if we could have an emergency social meeting sunday night, we could
all hang out.  I don't have a car, but Uber's not bad.
