Vicki,

I don't exactly know where you can find the book right now, but
some things to check:  San Diego Technical Books
(http://www.booksmatter.com/) generally has most of the O'Reilly
series; some of the larger bookstores sometimes have the more
popular books in the O'Reilly series, including Learning Perl;
there are probably some other ideas that the rest of the San Diego
Perl Mongers have some other ideas to help you.
