OK, you've got my brain thinking. On one side is a simple program:

#!/usr/bin/perl

use SanDiego;

print "Just ",
               defined $SanDiego
    ? "A Local"
                : "Another",
      " Perl Hacker!";

And on the back:

package SanDiego;

our $SanDiego = {
	weather  => 'Wonderful',
	beaches  => 'Beautiful',
};

1;

Perhaps we can add some other attributes:
	PerlMongers => 'SanDiego.pm',
	conferences => 'Open Source',
	electricity => rand(1),
	zoo         => 'World Famous',
...

Of course if Damian were here he'd probably re-write the whole thing in
Perl 6.  :-)
