Just ran across this ... it looks pretty good if you are 
into this kind of thing. 

OpenSales AllCommerce is a commerce, content, customer and
relationship management system. This high-performance,
scalable Internet application is written in Perl and uses a
backend database. OpenSales AllCommerce is released under
the GPL.
