[Phoenix-pm] Call for Venue, Meeting on March 15th

Gold Bar is a great place too, I regularly rotate between Mill's End and
GoldBar. In this case, however, I keep my vote on Mill's End because I
think they will have more space for us, and their internet is a little
better.
