[Phoenix-pm] Call for Venue, Meeting on March 15th

Sounds good.  I'll try to find a comfortable, non-Starbucks spot in 
North Scottsdale so we can try to rope that crowd in, but I'm excited
at the prospects of a technical meeting near ASU.  Anyone have any
graphic design mojo and willing to make a flyer?
