[Philadelphia-pm] Closing the meetup group -- rationale!

Hi Jim and everyone!

Yes -- the meetup group is shut down -- we didn't have
a volunteer to sponsor it so we went ahead and replaced
its functionality with a few dozen lines of Perl :-)

We're still active though and will need to come up
with new and creative ways of getting visibility for
our events.  We'll continue to announce them here
and on https://phl.pm.org as always.
