Cubespace is in financial trouble.  They're behind on rent and their landlord,
rather than negotiate, suddenly hit them with an eviction notice.  You can

community, they host Barcamp and a good chunk of the user group meetings
(except us) and they have snacks!  Eva and David are awesome people and
