[Pdx-pm] bnf/ebnf/yacc Ack!

BNF is a meta-gramar. A gramar for defining gramars. There was
an initial standard, but it has been expanded upon and now everyone has
their own favorite or just makes it up on the spot.
The nice thing about standards is that there are so many to choose from.
