[Pdx-pm] Man/Nroff to POD

I have 5 man pages to turn into pod.  Yes, I can do that with a text
editor.  I would rather use a program if one exists.

Looking through CPAN, it looks like I can do nroff -> html -> pod .
Does anyone know of a cleaner way to do this?
