[Pdx-pm] (OT) Recruiters for Java

Hi all,

My apologies for the off-topic mailing, but I'm not sure who to ask for this.

My brother is very interested in moving to the US for a spell (he has joint US/British citizenship) and he has a fairly extensive background in -- gack! -- Java, banking, and various Microsoft technologies.  Does anyone know of reputable recruiters who may be able to work with him on locating a job in Portland?
