[Pdx-pm] Attribute::Context

If anyone's curious, I uploaded the "Sub::Attributes" module to the
CPAN.  http://search.cpan.org/~ovid/Attribute-Context-0.03/

The name has been changed to reflect that fact that it used attributes
to alter behavior based upon context.  It might be expanded to more
things than just subroutines, though that's down the road.
