[Pdx-pm] Emergency Perl/MySQL data munging needed

FYI:  I have already received a veritable flood of email regarding the job.  I'm in touch with the
person who requested the work and I'll let people know how it turned out (though I won't post the
name of the person who gets the work as that wouldn't be too appropriate).  If I don't respond to
you individually, please don't take it personally.  There were a *lot* of emails about this :)

(and feel free to still contact me with your info -- I have no idea who will work out the terms
with the person needing the work)
