I think this is a very reasonable request.  Any objections, or should 
we just call it policy?  Let's make the tag flexible, perhaps just matching
on /^\[JOB/ (or appropriate) so that we can have [JOB WANTED], [JOB FAIR],
[JOB OPENING], etc.
