[HRPM] Free Perl DBI server

Hey, I wanted to suggest a free DBI server to everyone. They just got it up an running (I have no idea what took so long, it only took me 5 mins and im a novice), so thier documentation is null. 
They use PostgreSql which seems to do the job just fine for any small scripts you would like to write. They do have a limit of 5mbs dataspace, but they are pretty lenient about upgrades. I suggest everyone in the Perl class check it out.
