I do not know anyone in Shreveport at all, but you may want to contact
any LUGs in the area.  If you start one up, I'll join the mailing list,
too.  It really doesn't take that many people to start one up, but you
are welcome to associate yourself with NOPM if you don't find any takers
up there.
