None of them that I know of are "avoid like the plague" material,
though Ray White -- who have offices just about everywhere -- tend to
kinda suck in a moderate way.  Definitely my least favourite agent, as
a renter.  That said, if I found a good place that was with them, I'd
still rent it.  I'd just roll my eyes and expect idiocy and paperwork
galore.
