[LA.pm] Fonality Perl Golf Challenge - $$$

You really ought to define how Roman numerals work.  People generally 
understand this to know that they'll have to read XIV, but you should 
make it clear whether or not outputting XIIII is acceptable.

I haven't taken a swing at golf in a while.  I may actually try this one.
