[Kc] Testimonial for RT essentials (book review)

This isn't going to be much of a book review as I have been
too busy to actually read RT Essentials.

The fact is, however, I handed
the book to one of the sysadmins at my company
and by that time the next
day our office had a useful and working ticketing system
with multiple ticket queues and fine-grained access control.
